Eminence Home Care Certified Home Health AideEminence Home Care is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our enthusiastic team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to clients in the comfort of their homes, enabling them to live with dignity and independence. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship. You will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of your clients while working in a supportive environment that values your contributions.$1000 SIGN ON BONUS BEING OFFEREDKey ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities.Offer transportation for appointments, errands, or social activities.Provide physical support to clients, including mobility assistance.Prepare meals and assist clients with nutrition and dietary needs.Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.Engage clients in social and recreational activities to encourage mental well-being.Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
