Certified Home Health AideEminence Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team. As a CHHA, you will provide essential support and care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Join us in making a positive impact on our community by providing compassionate care and support to our clients.$1000 SIGN ON BONUS BEING OFFEREDResponsibilities:Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Assist with mobility and help clients participate in physical activities.Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health status.Prepare meals and assist clients with dietary needs.Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
