Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)Assisting Hands of Hamilton is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our care team on a weekend-only schedule in Hamilton, NJ. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients in your community while enjoying a flexible work schedule that fits your lifestyle.Responsibilities:Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as neededMonitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to the supervising nursePrepare meals and assist with feeding in accordance with dietary needs and care plansPerform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environmentOffer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-beingAdminister medications or treatments as directed within scope of practiceRequirements:Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification requiredPrior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferredAvailability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Hamilton, NJ areaStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approachAbility to follow individualized care plans and work independentlyCPR/First Aid certification is a plusBenefits:Bonus ProgramMileage ReimbursementCompetitive PayOngoing TrainingCaregiver Recognition DaysEmployee of the Month ProgramPPEAbout Us:Assisting Hands of Hamilton is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
