The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) is a paraprofessional person who is specifically trained, competent, and performs assigned functions of personal care to the patient in their residence under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).Benefits include a bonus based on performance, paid time off, training and development opportunities, support in the field, flexible scheduling, a competitive salary, mileage reimbursement, and a phone stipend.What you'll be doing includes performing personal care, completing visit records, reporting changes in the patient's condition, performing household services, ambulating and exercising the patient, and performing simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services.We're looking for a passion to serve and help others, Certified Home Health Aide credentials, current BLS Certification, one year of healthcare experience in home health, hospice, or long term care, and access to reliable transportation.Flexible work from home options available.
