Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)Looking for an HHA position with flexibility, competitive pay, and a team that supports you?Abernathy Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for current client needs. We're looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who enjoy working one-on-one with seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes.With $19–$21/hour, flexible scheduling, paid orientation, and a variety of available shifts, you can find opportunities that work with your life—not the other way around.What You'll Do as an HHAYou'll provide personalized care based on each client's individual care plan and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.Your day may include:Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneSupporting activities of daily living (ADLs)Helping with mobility and ambulationPreparing meals and assisting with light housekeepingProviding medication remindersOffering companionship and conversationAccompanying clients to appointments or errandsSupporting clients living with dementia or memory lossObserving and reporting changes in a client's conditionHelping clients maintain their independence and quality of lifeWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) CertificationCurrent TB documentationValid driver's licenseReliable vehicle with current auto insuranceAuthorization to work in the United StatesReliable and dependable attendanceStrong communication skillsCompassionate and professional approach to caregivingAble to work a minimum of 20 hours/weekPrevious home care experience is welcomed, but not required.Pay, Benefits & Perks$19–$21 per hourFull-time and part-time opportunitiesFlexible schedulingImmediate client openingsPaid orientationPaid continuing educationMileage reimbursement between clientsEarned sick timeEmployee referral bonus programEmployee discount programTapcheck – access your earned wages before paydayAflac supplemental insurance optionsSupportive scheduling, office, and nursing teamsChoose the Schedule That Fits YouLooking for a few additional hours?
