Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)White Glove Community Care is looking for qualified CHHA, Home Health Aides to provide HOME HEALTH AIDES SERVICES.CHHA Home Health Aide Job Requirements:· Home Health Aide License (New Jersey) · Eligible to work in the United States · You MUST be certified in order to apply.Job Description for the HHA, Home Health Aide:All services shall be provided and performed consisted with the scope of Home Health Aides in the State of New Jersey.· Adheres to the established client care plan. · Assists with assigned personal care tasks as well as with ambulation and exercised. · CHHA, prepares patient special diet if necessary as well as measures intake and output as necessary. · The CHHA will demonstrate sound judgement in relationship to the care of the patient. · Completes daily activity record and accurately documents the care provided. · Capable of providing an aide within 48 hours of receiving a request.Always feel free to reach out to us for more info: Ext 216 English and 217 Spanish
