Now Hiring CHHAs for Bergen County Cases• Current New Jersey CHHA Certification • Valid Driver's License • Strong English communication skills • Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands-on personal care• 401(k) Retirement Plan • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Paid Overtime Opportunities • NJ Sick Time • Time-and-a-Half Pay on Major Holidays and your birthdayBase pay: $20/hour + additional case differential based on:Hours per day / days per weekDistance traveledPets in the homeCouples CasesLevel of care required• Earn an additional $1-$10+ per hour depending on the caseDay Shifts (Thursday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday):• 7am-7pm (12 Hours) • 8am-8pm (12 Hours) • 8am-6pm (10 Hours) • 9am-7pm (10 Hours) • 8am-4pm (8 Hours) • 9am-5pm (8 Hours)Provide essential, hands-on care in clients' homes while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.Founded in 2018, The Senior Company provides personalized, high-quality in-home care throughout New Jersey.
