Certified Home Health Aide - Bergen CountyGreat new Career Opportunity in Home Care!All Shifts AvailableThe Certified Home Health Aide is responsible for providing assistance to patients with personal care, activities of daily living/maintenance and management of household routines. Responsibilities can also include, but are not limited to:Greets patients in a friendly and welcoming manner. Creates a positive first impression. Smiles, projects a positive attitude.Through the continuous improvement standards of practice and by providing a safe and secure environment the patient will be assured a sense of safety and well-being, free from risk and harm.Gives and/or assists with assigned personal care tasks.Assists with activities of daily livingAssists patient with mobilityAssists patient in performing bowel and bladder functionsAssists patient in maintaining adequate nutritionFollows Agency policy and proceduresNurture by supporting all patients. Acts with courtesy, care, concern and compassion.
