Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time | Field-Based
nVitality Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work for a clinician-owned and operated hospice that truly values both its patients and its employees.

nPosition Details
nn Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
n Occasional evening/weekend overtime available
n Field-based position with travel required (mileage reimbursed)
n Active CNA certification required
n nWhat You'll Do
nWorking under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will provide essential hands-on care and support, including:
nn Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
n Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding)
n Offering companionship and emotional support
n Performing light housekeeping tasks
n Documenting care accurately and in a timely manner
n Supporting a culture of compassion, quality, and respect
n nYou will be an integral member of our interdisciplinary team focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
nWhat We're Looking For
nn Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
n Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
n Compassionate, reliable, and self-directed
n Strong communication and time-management skills
n Ability to work independently and follow care plans
n Commitment to serving patients with chronic, serious, or terminal illnesses
