Job Title: Certified Medication Technician (Aide)

Description:
This position is in a group home setting with 24-hour care for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Multiple shifts are available: Day, Evening, or Night.
Weekend positions are also available.
You will provide support and guidance as individuals learn and develop daily living skills.
Your role will include helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
You will monitor the comfort and safety of those you serve.
Additionally, you will assist with medical, nutritional, and personal care needs.
Emotional support will be a key component of your role.
Duties will also involve general housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry responsibilities.
Ideal candidates will possess a natural instinct to help others feel relaxed and confident.
Effective communication skills are essential in both written and verbal formats.
Time management skills are required to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
