Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)Serene Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a premier outpatient infusion provider to recruit an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a full-time opportunity in Bellevue, Washington. This role is ideal for a dependable, patient-focused Medical Assistant who thrives in a professional outpatient setting and enjoys a balance of front-office responsibilities and clinical support.Position Overview: As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will be a vital part of the clinic team and often the first point of contact for patients. You will support nurses and providers while ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and check in patients professionallyObtain and document vital signs and medical historyPrepare infusion suites for patient visitsAssist providers during exams and proceduresAdminister injections and medications per provider ordersPerform phlebotomy and specimen collectionSchedule appointments and manage patient check-outAnswer phones and support front-office operationsOrganize medical records, referrals, and authorizationsMaintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systemsDeliver excellent customer service in a patient-centered environmentRequirements:Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – RequiredBLS Certification – RequiredMinimum 2 years of recent MA experienceExperience taking vital signs and assisting in clinical settingsFront-office experience (scheduling, phones, patient flow)Insurance verification and authorization experienceStrong EMR/EHR proficiencyExcellent communication, organization, and multitasking skillsBenefits:$25–$30/hour, based on experienceFull-time weekday scheduleContract or Direct Hire options availableComprehensive benefits package (for direct hire roles)Opportunity to work in a growing outpatient infusion environmentApply today through Serene Healthcare Staffing for immediate consideration.
