As a Certified Medical Assistant, you'll work alongside nursing and clinical staff to support medical services, monitor client health, and help ensure safe, coordinated care.What you'll do:Obtain and document vital signs, blood glucose readings, urine specimens, and other medical information as directedSupport medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services and related medical activitiesPerform toxicology specimen collection, screening, and documentationReport changes in client condition and communicate medical concerns to nursing and clinical staffAssist with admissions paperwork and collection of medical recordsObserve and document medication dispensing activities as assignedMaintain medical supplies, inventory, and equipmentAssist with client education, appointment follow-up, and treatment engagementMaintain accurate records and protect client confidentialityCollaborate with the treatment team to support quality client careWhat you need:Certified Medical Assistant certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)High school diploma or equivalentAttention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to client carePosition details:3094 Charles Town Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430$16–$18/hour, based on experienceFull-time 11am - 11pmAdditional benefits:First Stop Health: No-cost virtual Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Mental Health visits for eligible employeesUKG Wallet: Optional access to up to 50% of earned wages before paydayTraining and professional development opportunitiesMake your medical experience matter.Your skills can do more than keep a medical office running.
