Certified Medical AssistantWe are seeking experienced and reliable Certified Medical Assistants to join our clinical teams in Decatur. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with EMR systems (Greenway required) and a background in Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice.Key Responsibilities:Room patients and obtain vital signsDocument patient histories and symptoms accurately in EMR (Greenway)Assist providers with exams and in-office proceduresPerform phlebotomy, administer injections, and collect specimensManage prescription refills and prior authorizationsCoordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointmentsMaintain a clean and organized clinical environmentEnsure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulationsRequirements:Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from an accredited programProficient with Greenway EMR (required)1+ years of clinical experience preferredExperience in Endocrinology preferred, but Internal Medicine or Family Practice acceptableExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsDependable and professional work ethicPosition Details:Temp-to-perm opportunityFull-time, weekday schedule (no weekends or holidays)Pay range: $19 per hour, based on experience
