CMA Opportunity At Burnett Medical CenterBurnett Medical Center is currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.Shift & Hours: 0.65 FTE (51.75 hours per pay period) Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and includes rotating Saturdays; (Every other Monday 8:15am-8:15pm)Responsibilities:· The Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse administers care to designated patients under the direction and supervisor of assigned physicians or mid-level providers.· Answers phones, enters orders and performs medical necessity checkingRequirements:· Graduate of an approved vocational/technical program· Current Wisconsin CMA certificate or LPN license· Current CPR certification· Demonstrates strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills· Previous experience with Epic preferred
