Job Description POSITION: Certified Medical Assistant SCHEDULE OPTIONS: 7:00 PM
- 7:30 AM + every other weekend & every other holidayMonday
- Friday 8:00 AM

Position Summary As a Certified Medical Assistant at our facility, you'll provide direct support to physicians, nurses, and mid-level providers while ensuring patients receive safe, accurate, and timely care.
Your responsibilities will include: Obtaining and monitoring patient vital signsTranscribing and implementing physician orders within scope of practiceAssisting with examinations and minor proceduresPreparing treatment rooms and maintaining clean, stocked equipment and suppliesGathering and documenting patient data accuratelyProviding basic first aid and CPR when requiredCollecting subjective and objective information for nurse or provider reviewAssisting with medication and treatment interventions under provider directionMaintaining inventory, checking expiration dates, and restocking supply areas and first aid kitsSterilizing instruments and ensuring proper recordkeeping of medical equipment and suppliesSupporting patient education as instructedPerforming clerical duties including answering phones, filing, and chart documentation You'll do more than support the medical team.
