Certified Medical AssistantThe Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) performs clerical and telephone duties to facilitate departmental operations and efficiency. The CMA will focus on quality metric achievements for all value-based programs.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent, requiredCMA certification from an accredited program, requiredBLS/CPR certification, preferredQualificationsAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAbility to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations/timelinesAbility and desire to learn new technologiesMust be timely and dependableMust be able to multi-task, work independently and be very detail orientedMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsMust be able to complete documentation accuratelyMust be able to follow existing workflowsMonday-Friday, 8:00-5:00
