Certified Medication Aide (CMA)We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our healthcare team. The CMA is responsible for administering prescribed medications to residents and assisting with daily living activities in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to providing high-quality resident care.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications accurately and safely as prescribed by physiciansDocument medication administration and report any errors or adverse reactionsObserve residents for changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staffAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and groomingMaintain accurate medication records and MARsFollow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelinesCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team membersEnsure medication carts and storage areas are secure and organizedAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral careProvide assistance with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulationAssist with feeding and hydration, including meal setup and monitoring intakeObtain and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respirations)Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care programs as directedProvide compassionate emotional support and companionshipMaintain clean and safe resident rooms and common areasAnswer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with patience and respectBenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Pension PlanVacation & Sick TimeShift DifferentialsYMCA Membership DiscountCompany-Paid Life Insurance ($30,000)Company-Paid Short-Term Disability
