Qualifications:
Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in NECurrent CNA certification in NEPrevious experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesCompassionate, patient-centered approach to careKey Responsibilities:Administer medications accurately and safely per physician ordersObserve residents for side effects or reactions and report changes promptlyDocument medication administration in accordance with facility policiesAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as neededMaintain clean, organized medication carts and storage areasFollow all state regulations and facility protocolsProvide compassionate, respectful care to all residentsApply today and make a difference in the lives of those we serve!
