Job description

Certified Medication Aide - Flagstaff, ArizonaAt Highgate at Flagstaff, our mission is to help every resident live each day to the fullest, regardless of age or ailments. As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in empowering our residents to live their best lives. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.Responsibilities:Assist with the administration of medications to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurseMonitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staffProvide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and groomingDocument medication administration and resident care accurately and timelyMaintain a safe and clean environment for our residentsWork collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plansRequirements:Current certification as a Medication Aide in the state of ArizonaHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in a long-term care or senior living settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyCompliant with all infection control and OSHA regulationsBenefits:(To be determined)About the Role:As a Certified Medication Aide at Highgate at Flagstaff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
