As a Certified Medication Aide, you'll be a trusted partner in delivering person-centered care to our residents. You'll ensure they feel safe, supported, and empowered—making every day brighter for them and for you.
Pay Rate:
$18 - $21 per hour + shift differentials
What You'll Do:
* Accurately administer medications to residents following care plans and medical orders.
* Monitor residents for any side effects or changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with nursing staff.
* Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities as needed.
* Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, fostering trust and comfort.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch care and enhance the resident experience.
Work Schedule: Full-Time
* Full-Time: 2:30pm-11:00pm and every other weekend
Requirements:
Qualifications You Bring - Certified Medication Aide:
* Completion of an approved Medication Aide training program and certification.
* Previous experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus.
* A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
