Certified Medication AideWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our dedicated team at Highgate at Wenatchee, a premier senior living community in Wenatchee, WA. As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing medication management services and support. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications to residents as directed by physicians and/or licensed nursesMonitor and record medication administration, including dosages and side effectsAssist with vital sign checks, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulseMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident careCollaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address medication-related issuesProvide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as neededParticipate in medication cart audits and quality control measures to ensure accuracy and complianceMaintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and medication storage guidelinesAbout the RoleAs a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents, while also enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment.
