Certified Medication Aide
nSetting: Healthcare Facilities
nJob Type: Travel
nPay: $1275 / Week
nHours: 37.50
nLocation: West Lafayette, IN
nPerforms duties as delegated by a licensed nurse. Administers medications to patients as directed and documents the administration to the patient's medical record. May assist with general clerical duties.
nMinimum Requirements:
nnnHigh School Diploma or equivalent required
n
nnValid CMA certification in state working
n
nnOne (1) one year experience as a medication aide ormedication tech preferred
n
nnComplies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
n
nnCurrent CPR if applicable
n
nnTB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
n
nnCurrent Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
n
nnMust meet all federal, state and local requirements
n
nnMust be at least 18 years of age
