This role is perfect for individuals who are compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others.ResponsibilitiesAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobilityProvide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundryOffer companionship and emotional supportMonitor and report changes in a client’s conditionFollow the care plan and maintain safety in the homeQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)PCA, CNA, or related caregiving experience a plus (but will train the right candidate)Reliable transportationStrong communication skills and a caring attitudeAbility to pass background checksWe OfferCompetitive hourly payFlexible schedulingSupportive team environmentPaid training opportunitiesMeaningful, rewarding work
