As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier.More about our teamThe Frye Regional Neurology team addresses a broad spectrum of neurological issues, including:Movement disorders (e.g., Parkinson's disease, tremor)Seizures and epilepsyStroke and transient ischemic attacks (TIAs)Sleep disorders (sleep apnea, insomnia, restless leg syndrome)Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other cognitive disordersMultiple sclerosis and other neuroimmunology conditionsNeuromuscular disorders, nerve conduction studies, and EMG testingHow you'll contributeA Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I), who excels in this role:Monitor vital signs/blood sugarsAssists patients with activities of daily living; Document and report abnormal findings or changes in patient conditionMeasure and document input/output and weightsAssist nurse as neededAnswer call lightsAssist with patient admission, transfer and dischargeProvide care appropriate to the condition/age of the patientDistribute drinks and/or snacksMaintain clean and neat patient room and work environment.All other duties as assignedWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Applicants should have a current state NA I license and completed NA course from an accredited school. Additional requirements include:Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.One year of experience preferred
