Wages/pay rate will be determined based on factors such as CNA certification, the candidate's relevant work experience/qualifications, and internal equity.APPLY TODAY to join a committed health services team, partnering with sisters who have joyfully served where needed throughout their lives.Responsibilities:Our Nurse Aide / CNA / Caregiver provides direct care to elder Franciscan sisters including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care. Our Nurse aides are responsible for documenting care for our sisters as required and communicating with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure resident quality care. This position also assists and collaborates with the nursing staff with duties related to the ongoing needs of the residents according to established standards. Schedule flexibility is a plus.Our employees in all departments work together to strive to support the religious life of sisters by contributing to providing a warm and caring convent environment.
