Job DetailsResident Care — Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feeding while maintaining dignity and comfort.Daily Support — Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and encourage independence when appropriate.Safety Assistance — Maintain a clean, safe environment; follow infection-control procedures; assist with transfers and fall-prevention practices.Documentation — Accurately chart care provided and resident observations in accordance with facility policies.Team Collaboration — Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality resident care.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
