nAbout the Role

nAs a Certified Nurse Assistant, CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including:

nnnAssisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

n

nnMonitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team

n

nnAssisting with medication administration and reporting any concerns

n

nnMaintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents

n

nnProviding emotional support and companionship to our residents

n

n nResponsibilities

nnnProvide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with ADLs, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration

n

nnDevelop and maintain positive relationships with our residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary care team

n

nnParticipate in care planning and documentation, including resident assessments and progress reports

n

nnMaintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communication

n

nnCollaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

n
