Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Float Pool | Southeast Michigan

What You'll Do
Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and restorative care
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
Maintain accurate documentation
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while supporting residents, families, and team members
What We're Looking For
Current Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum one year of CNA experience
At least one year of experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or skilled rehabilitation facility
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan
