Human Touch Home Health is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN home care opportunities in Haymarket, Gainesville, Manassas, and surrounding Prince William County communities.
Patient opportunities may be available in Haymarket, Gainesville, Manassas, Manassas Park, Bristow, Nokesville, and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do Assist clients with activities of daily living
Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
Offer companionship and emotional support
Observe and report changes in client condition
Help maintain a clean and safe home environment
Follow the established plan of care
Communicate concerns promptly to the appropriate team member
What We're Looking For Active Virginia CNA Certification
Current CPR Certification
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to safely assist with personal care and mobility
Ability to work independently in clients' homes
Home Care or Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required
