Certified Nursing AssistantJoin the Skilled Nursing Facility team at Community Hospital of Stokes, where Certified Nursing Assistants play an important role in providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents. As a CNA, you'll work closely with nurses and other members of the care team to support daily living needs, promote comfort and dignity, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.Why CNAs Choose This RoleProvide meaningful, hands-on care and build connections with residentsWork closely with nurses and an interdisciplinary care teamSupport residents with daily activities while promoting independence and dignityDevelop valuable experience in a skilled nursing environmentEnjoy a consistent full-time, 12-hour night shift scheduleFacility: Community Hospital of Stokes | Location: Danbury, NC | Position Type: Part-Time | Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Day ShiftWhat You'll DoAssist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and other routine needsProvide compassionate care while maintaining resident comfort, privacy, and dignityObserve residents and promptly report changes in condition or status to the nursing teamDocument care and assistance provided according to established proceduresMaintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residentsWork under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge NurseCollaborate with the care team to support each resident's individualized plan of careWhat We're Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required.Experience: 1 year of experience in Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required.
