Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem All Shifts

About the Role
As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) , you will work on a per diem basis, covering all shifts, including days, evenings, and nights. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding residents
Assisting with vital signs and observing residents' conditions
Reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
Collaborating with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements
Current CNA certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
