Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)We are a CNA staffing and home care company committed to helping individuals remain safe, healthy, and comfortable — whether they are in a care facility or living at home. Every day, our CNAs play a meaningful part in protecting people's ability to live at home and maintain their independence.We are looking for dependable, professional, creative CNAs who want to make a real impact. You pick your schedule. We offer both:Facility Staffing Shifts throughout the state (skilled nursing & rehabilitation)In-Home Care Shifts (1-on-1 care in the client's home)We ask that all CNAs are willing to work at least one shift per week. For home care shifts, we strive for consistent assignments so clients can build trust and stability with their Care Professional.Facility shifts commonly include:6:00 AM – 2:00 PM2:00 PM – 10:00 PM10:00 PM – 6:00 AM6:00 AM – 6:00 PM6:00 PM – 6:00 AMHome care shifts vary based on client needs.We hire based on character and alignment with our company values. We are looking for CNAs who are:Dependable – Shows up consistently and on timeTakes Initiative – Sees what needs to be done and does itCreative – Brings fresh thinking and resourceful solutions to everyday challengesProfessional – In communication, appearance, and interactionsIf these values describe you, you will thrive here.As a CNA, your day-to-day duties will include:Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, mobility, etc.)Provide companionship and emotional supportSupport client safety and comfortAssist with meals, feeding, and hydration remindersPerform light housekeeping and basic care environment tasksCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and our teamQualifications:Active Utah CNA License (required)Reliable transportationAbility to pass a Utah background check (DACS)Drug-free workplaceCurrent CPR certificationCurrent Food Handler's PermitStrong attendance and reliability recordPay varies depending on the type of shift and the client's needs.
