Certified Nurse AssistantPinon Unified School District is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. As a school district, we have been providing education to our community for almost 30 years. We are dedicated to providing the best education possible and understand that student health and wellness is a critical component of academic success. The Certified Nurse Assistant will be an important member of our team, working to provide necessary support to our students with health needs. This position requires someone who is compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care to our students.Responsibilities:Providing direct care and assistance to students with physical, emotional, and/or developmental needsAdministering medication and treatments to students in accordance with healthcare plans and protocolsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date health records for all students at the schoolCommunicating with parents, teachers, and other school personnel regarding student health needs, treatment plans, and progressProviding health education and support to students and families as neededMonitoring and managing inventory of medical supplies and equipmentCollaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as school nurses and physicians, to ensure coordinated care for students
