Job description
Provide in-home personal and basic care to clients according to their care plans. Assist with hygiene, mobility, prescribed exercises, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping while documenting services and reporting changes or safety concerns. This role requires travel to clients’ residences and may involve lifting up to approximately 50 pounds.
