As a Certified Nurse Assistant on our Hospice team in Albuquerque, you'll provide hands-on personal care that brings dignity, comfort, and genuine human connection to patients and families navigating one of life's most significant seasons. If you show up with patience, compassion, and a steady presence — you'll belong here.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, toileting, and feeding under the supervision of a licensed nurseMeasure and record vital signs as directed, and promptly report changes in patient condition to supervising staffAssist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning to promote comfort and prevent complicationsOffer emotional support and companionship to patients and families throughout the care processDocument care provided accurately and in a timely manner in the EMRSupport infection control and safety procedures in every care environmentParticipate in in-service training and continuing education as assignedWhat We're Looking ForCurrent certification as a Nurse Aide in the state of New MexicoCompletion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training programHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least one year of experience preferred; home health or hospice experience is a plusSomeone who follows care plans closely, documents with care, and communicates clearly with patients, families, and clinical staffReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance for patient home visitsCorus Health is built on five generations of care — and our team reflects that depth every day.
