All Novant Health team members are responsible for fostering a safe patient environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm".What We're Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required.Experience: One year preferred.One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required.Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.Medication Safety - AME, required.NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.Why Choose Novant Health?At Novant Health, we believe remarkable care starts with compassion for our patients, our communities, and each other.
