Certified Nurse AssistantSt. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant for our Skilled Nursing Unit located within the Edgewood Hospital. Shift/Hours: Part Time, 24 hours/week, 7A-7PThe Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN:Assists patients with activities of daily livingProvides patients personal care and comfortAssists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patientsQualificationsCertified in the state where work is being performed as Certified Nurse AssistantAbility to read and communicate effectively in English.Completion of applicable state courses.Successful completion of Certified Nurse Assistant exam required for certification.Not listed on the applicable State Abuse RegistryMust have CPR for the professional rescuerDemonstrates basic mathematical skills.Successful work employment history.Non-ExemptRight Career.
