As a casual Certified Nurse Midwife with Allin, you will step into a dynamic hospital-based environment, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in labor and delivery settings.
You'll collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and support staff at our Abbott and United Mother Baby Centers. Key Position Details:

Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities
CNM group independently provides labor support, water birth and VBAC/TOLAC services
Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive inhouse OB and maternal fetal medicine groups
We attend approximately 40-50 births per month with three affiliated clinics.
"Natural birth experience" highlighting nontraditional care in the hospital.
Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing required
Master's degree or doctoral in nursing or related field preferred
Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support required within 180 Days
AMCB American Midwifery Certification Board upon hire required

Medium Work*:
Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently
Pay Range
Flat Rate: $72.00 per hour *This position is paid on a standard non-negotiable hourly rate. Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work. Benefit Summary
