Certified Nurse Midwife - Charlotte, North Carolina Job#
A rapidly growing maternity care practice in western North Carolina is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care across the reproductive and perinatal continuum. This position includes delivering full-scope midwifery services in outpatient, hospital, and virtual settings, supporting labor and birth, providing gynecologic and postpartum care, participating in on-call coverage, and working closely with an interdisciplinary care team, all supported by a competitive compensation package Experience providing full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services
Strong clinical judgment with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care
Experience with telehealth platforms and digital clinical documentation preferred
Additional skills in early pregnancy loss management, perinatal mental health, or bedside ultrasound are desirable
Active Certified Nurse Midwife licensure in North Carolina and current AMCB certification
