Opportunity Highlights:
General Ob/Gyn Practice
11 provider group - 3 physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs) and 7 Certified Nurse Midwives
15-20 Patients per day
Monday thru Thursday (8am - 4:45pm) - Friday (8am - 12noon)
Providers are at the main location (Eagle Harbor) and will rotate to Oakleaf at least one day per week

Qualifications and Requirements:
Current and Unrestricted Certified Nurse Midwife License (CNM) in Florida OR the ability to obtain. (ACNM Certification)
Women's Health experience is highly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience as an RN, prior to advanced training.
Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse-Midwifery Program
Minimum of 40 deliveries during training
Active BLS Certification
