Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
Seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in Lake Havasu City, AZ to provide full-scope midwifery care in a collaborative, supportive rural setting.
Position Highlights
Full-scope midwifery care: prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, and well-woman care
Collaborative support from OB physicians
Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a rural women's health program
High level of autonomy within established clinical protocols
Access to in-office ultrasound and lab services
Remote consultation support for maternal-fetal medicine (MFM)
Hospitalist collaboration available when needed
Technology-supported documentation and workflow tools
Qualifications
Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), board-certified
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona
Minimum 2+ years of experience required.
Experience in full-scope midwifery care
Ability to manage low- to moderate-risk obstetric patients independently
Strong collaboration skills with physicians and care teams
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Passionate about rural healthcare and improving access to care
Comfortable practicing with a high level of autonomy
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
