We're looking for a dedicated individual to provide vital support across inpatient and long-term care settings. Help ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients while assisting nursing staff with daily care tasks. Your role will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.ResponsibilitiesObserving ResidentsReporting any health issues to the supervising nurseTaking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intakeFeeding Residents & serving nutritional supplementsMaking beds & keeping the Residents' space clean and tidyTransporting Residents within the FacilityTurning bedridden residents to prevent bedsoresMaintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility dataRequirementsPrevious experience in inpatient settings or long-term care preferred.Knowledge of basic medical terminology is essential.Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges is advantageous.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including ICU settings if required.Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.State certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve!
