nJob Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic home healthcare team. nResponsibilities
nAssist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary
nMonitor and record vital signs accurately while maintaining strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques
nProvide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments in memory or behavioral health settings
nSupport patients with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs by implementing personalized care plans
nMaintain patient safety by following HIPAA guidelines and ensuring confidentiality of medical records and sensitive information
nRequirements
nValid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing
nA strong desire to provide faith based compassionate care
nExperience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals (including Level I Trauma Centers), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care settings
nKnowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and basic life support (BLS) certification is highly desirable
nAbility to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or complex medical needs including dementia and infectious disease care
nStrong caregiving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to support patients across pediatric to geriatric populations
