nJob Summary Angels of Hope Home Care is looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers to become a part of our team. We provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes and meet their aging challenges with dignity, care, and compassion.We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / HHA to join our team. In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients.
nWork Days: Monday to Friday
nResponsibilities
nAssist with daily living activities
nAssist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
nAssist with mobility, walking
nProvide adjunct patient care
nMonitor food intake
nCollaborate with other healthcare professionals Companionship and conversation
nLight housekeeping and meal preparation
nMedication and appointment reminders
nAssistance with grooming and bathing
nAssistance with toileting and incontinence issues
nAlzheimer & Dementia Care
nTransportation (not all clients)
nQualifications
nBe over 18
nHave a valid driver's license/ if client requires transportation
nHave current and continuous auto insurance (if client needs transportation)
nHave a dependable car that is for your primary use
nHigh school diploma/GED
nValid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
nFirst aid and CPR-certified
nCurrent Negative TB Results
nBasic computer skills
nAbility to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nAbility to work with limited supervision
nCompassionate, respectful, ethical
