nWhat You’ll Do
nDeliver hands‑on support: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
nPromote mobility & strength: help with range‑of‑motion exercises, walking, and physician‑directed therapy routines.
nMonitor health: track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.
nProvide medication cues: remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
nSupport daily life: prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer friendly companionship.
nAdvocate for safety: follow all infection‑control and fall‑prevention protocols and keep accurate EMR notes via our easy‑to‑use app.
nWhat You’ll Bring
nHigh school diploma/GED and active CNA license (state‑specific)
nReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift/transfer clients
nBasic computer/app skills for charting and communication
nEmpathy, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy
