nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and daily living support to clients in their homes, ensuring comfort, respect, and individualized attention. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients.
nResponsibilities
nAssist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
nReport any changes in clients to supervisors
nHelp with meal preparation and feeding as needed
nPerform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean environment
nProvide companionship, emotional support, and engage in activities with clients
nFollow care plans and instructions from supervisors
nMaintain accurate documentation of care provided
nGenerally, increases their quality of life
nQualifications
nCurrent CNA certification in (State)
nHigh school diploma/GED
nCPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
nCompassionate, patient, and reliable
nAbility to assist clients safely
nStrong communication and teamwork skills
nPrior experience in home care or a healthcare facility is a plus
nAbility to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
nAbility to work with limited supervision
nCompassionate, respectful, ethical
