Certified Nurses AssistantElm Crest Manor in New Salem, ND is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurses Assistants to join our team. As a CNA at Elm Crest Manor, you will have the opportunity to provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.Job Responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and groomingMonitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulseAssist with mobility and positioning of residentsProvide emotional support and companionship to residentsFollow care plans and communicate any changes in resident condition to the nursing staffMaintain a clean and organized environment for residentsAssist with meal preparation and feeding as neededAdhere to all safety and infection control policies and proceduresJob Requirements:Current certification as a Certified Nurses AssistantStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamCompassionate and patient demeanorAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyPrevious experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred but not requiredShift: Full-time or Part-time positions available
