nNorth Capitol Nursing and Rehabilitation is Now Hiring Full-Time CNAs!

nFull-Time Nights

nCertified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where the resident’s well-being is prioritized. From assisting with activities of daily living to providing companionship and reassurance, the CNA plays a key part in creating a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention of each resident.

nSkills Needed:

nnnSupportive Presence : Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.

n

nnPhysical Stamina: Stamina, strength and endurance to provide nursing services.

n

nnCollaboration: Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

n

nnTeamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.

n

nnInterpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment.

n

n nRequirements:

nnnValid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.

n

nnAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.

n

nnStrong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

n
