AffiniCare, Care Initiatives’ internal staffing agency, is now hiring Mobile & Flexible nursing positions!
nIf you are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a customizable schedule that best fits your personal life, this is a great opportunity for you! Prefer a full-time schedule? No problem! Need part time hours? We’ve got those too! As a CNA with AffiniCare, you will be able to pick what hours you prefer to work and travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations within an area to assist with their open shifts.
nExceptional people. Exceptional care. We provide licensed staff to Care Initiatives’ 43 skilled nursing communities. Our team of competent and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) enjoy working in various settings while maintaining a flexible schedule.

nWhat You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:
nnnSupport daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
n
nnDeliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
n
nnInteract and communicate with residents, families, as well as the healthcare team.
n
nnProvide health monitoring including conducting routine vital checks.
n
nnEncourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines.
n
nnAdhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for safety.
n
n nWhat it takes:
nnnSix (6) months of verifiable experience working as a CNA.
n
nnActive CNA certification.
n
nnThe ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region.
n
nnMust live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities.
n
