Dignity, respect and integrity are the core values of our dedicated team.Required Skills and Abilities:Excellent interpersonal skills.Thorough understanding of policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations applicable to long term care industry.Must be a graduate in good standing from an accredited nursing program; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
